Periodically, BC PNP invites the highest scoring registrants in each BC PNP category to apply to the BC Provincial Nominee Program. BC PNP then nominates successful applicants to apply to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for permanent residency. Current processing time is 15-19 months for regular applications, and 6 months for the applicants who also qualify for one of the Express Entry streams.
